Integration Developer will be joining our fast-growing IT team responsible for delivering a quick time to Value solution via consultative approach. On a day to day basis, the integration manager manages client engagements and works in tight partnership with the client on the following:

  • Set strategic direction in Client’s use of Clearent products to deliver payments solution

  • Facilitate setting outcomes and measurable objectives with the Client

  • Hold Client and Clearent accountable to delivering against success criteria

  • Works cross-functionally within Clearent to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations & solutions

  • Understanding Client use cases and make recommendations on architecture/data model built for future success within Clearent

  • Ownership for outcomes including risk management and mitigation, client's value realization, and Client & Clearent mutual success

What You'll Do :

  • Customer Consultation

  • Consult with clients in conjunction with sales staff to craft and proof solutions based on the Clearent Gateway

  • Work with new Clearent customers to provide onboarding, configuration, education and documentation to drive long term customer success & value with Clearent

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the success of the customers, including Sales, Marketing, and other customer support functions

Project Management :

  • Share weekly integration updates with Management

  • Produce internal best practices and customer user stories to strengthen the implementation process for the customer segment Apply collaboration and listening skills when interacting with clients to ensure the client’s needs are properly understood

Solutioning :

  • Evaluate external data systems and design requirements to understand level of effort for integrating to Clearent

  • Design and capture of “blue prints” for new solution areas based on the Clearent Gateway

  • Liaison with Product and Development organizations to bridge technology needs and enhancements

  • Recommend best practice use case of Clearent based on thought leadership as well as an understanding of customer’s business, use cases, success criteria for getting value, and data

  • Configure all features of the Clearent application, including rules, reports, dashboards, Calls to Action (alerts), playbooks, health scores, surveys, automated emails, workflow, account hierarchies, and Relationships

Outcomes and Risk Management :

  • Remain up to date on Clearent product features and developed use cases to drive customers to best practice standards

  • Proactively escalate at-risk customers and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status and next steps on a regular cadence through Email, Slack, and via weekly 1:1s with your Manager

Documentation :

  • Designs and creates solution demos, proofs of concept, or reusable solution frameworks.

  • Document Lessons Learnt

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.

  • 3+ years of recent hands-on Professional Services/Enterprise Product Implementation experience is required

  • 3+ years of pre-sale systems engineering experience with hands-on Java and/or .NET proficiency.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SFDC implementation, data model (standard and custom objects), REST API

  • Familiarity with configuring terminals such as Dejavoo and PAX devices is a strong plus.

  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams within a customer organization to support a joint outcome

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via oral & written formats; PowerPoint & Excel skills are a must
