Kforce Call Center Representative in Eureka, Missouri

Kforce's client in Eureka, Missouri (MO) that is seeking a Call Center Representative.Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls for offices providing customer service to all members

  • Making appointments, and speaking with customers to update information

  • Give outstanding customer service and help the patient in the best way possible

  • Make outgoing calls to schedule patients next appointment

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent; certificate required

  • Open to entry level candidates to gain office/work experience

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Possesses excellent communication skills

  • Can maintain the highest level of confidentiality
