Kaeser is seeking an individual who has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill the position of Sales Manager for our location in St. Louis, MO. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

PrimaryResponsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

  • Supervise Territory Managers,review all sales quote logs, call reports and itineraries for assignedsales staff.

  • Make joint sales calls with TerritoryManagers and teach territory management.

  • Be responsible for TerritoryManagers achieving sales goals.

  • Be responsible for profitability ofall product sales for assigned sales staff.

  • Seek new markets for sales ofKaeser Products.

  • Be responsible for new producttraining for all Territory Managers and office sales personnel.

  • Conduct competitive evaluations andproduct studies.

  • Develop sales tools and techniques.

  • Develop and participate in tradeshows.

  • Be responsible for learning and applying SAP Procedures.

RequiredQualifications:

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High School diploma(Required), College degree (Preferred)

  • 3-5 years’ industrialsales experience, preferably in thecompressed air industry

  • The ability todevelop new business while increasing existing business

  • Exhibit strongleadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales staff

  • Computer skills(Required)

  • SAP experience (astrong plus)

  • Clean drivingrecord (Required)
