The Inside Sale Representative is responsible for proactively contacting existing clients of Commerce Bank. In addition, some inbound calling and email efforts will be included. Contacts will focus on interactions to strengthen and grow existing relationships, proactively identify customer/prospect needs and recommend solutions based upon these identified needs. The Inside Sales Representative will be skilled to sell and refer all Small Business products including but not limited to small business accounts, loans, credit cards and merchant services. Expectation of a minimum of 30 or more outbound calls per day with an emphasis on making customer contacts. Representatives must create daily habits of being active to be successful in this role. Successful candidates for this position must be comfortable with using multiple systems to research, track, engage and refer clients. The Inside Sales Representative will drive department productivity by maintaining a professional and positive shadow. • Regular contact with Small Business Specialists, branch personnel, and other business partners in the field will be required to set appointments for the fulfillment of certain Small Business products.
